Red Flowers (Echinopsis)

Red Echinopsis

This large red Echinopsis flower was brought out of it's shell by some tender loving care in the heart of New Hampshire. They require a cold dry season during the winter while they remain in a dormant state. Springtime is an exciting time around here as we take them all out of storage and give them the sunlight and warmth that will turn a small green picker filled lump in the dirt, into the beautiful Echinopsis flowers you see above.
